If you’re like me, you’ve probably heard a lot of myths over the years about food without even realizing it. Things like egg yolks increase cholesterol leading to heart disease, red meat is bad for you, eat fewer animal products, we need whole grains for healthy fiber, we need to count and cut calories, etc. Sound familiar?
